- End Date: March 9, 2026
- Contract Duration: 6 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Options: Day (6:45am – 3:15pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:30pm), Night (11:15pm – 7:15am)
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- Openings: 4 Certified Nursing Assistant positions available
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1510 - $1630
CNA Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Proficient in basic nursing skills: vital signs, measuring output, recognizing abnormal symptoms
- Knowledge of first aid, patient rights, universal precautions, infection control, and body mechanics
- Ability to provide age-specific direct personal care services
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Workers certification required within 6 months of hire
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Physical capability to perform essential CNA duties
- Previous healthcare experience in Hawaii is a plus
CNA Responsibilities
- Observe and report physical and mental symptoms and conditions
- Implement care and treatment procedures for assigned patients
- Assist patients with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, providing fluids
- Support restorative care including assistive devices and range of motion activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in treatment team activities
- Accurately document and report patient events and changes
- Demonstrate patience, tact, and a positive attitude with patients of varying abilities
- Maintain emotional stability and respect for all patients
