Travel CT Technologist – Charleston, SC (13-Week Assignment)

Travel CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Charleston, South Carolina. 13-week assignment at a Level 1 Trauma Center; ARRT (R)(CT), Siemens CT and Epic experience required. Join our travel radiology team in beautiful Charleston (29425).

Job Details – Charleston, SC (29425)

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• Shift: 3 x 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 8:30 PM), Monday–Wednesday
• Hours per Week: 36
• Setting: Teaching Hospital, Level 1 Trauma Center (hospital CT technologist role)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 – $2,080 (competitive travel CT pay)
• Floating: Required within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities
• Holiday Rotation: Yes
• Parking: Nights and weekends only, one-time $20 pass

Required Qualifications – CT Technologist

• Minimum 1 year CT technologist experience preferred; 6 months Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Current ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• SCRQSA (R)(CT) and BLS (AHA) required
• Active South Carolina license required at start (pending not accepted)
• Experience with Siemens CT scanners (including Siemens Force Scanner) required
• Epic charting / electronic medical record experience required
• Must provide own radiation badge
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• First-time travel CT technologists accepted with prior clinical experience

Key Responsibilities – Hospital CT Tech / Computed Tomography Technologist

• Perform CT imaging for trauma, cardiac, interventional radiology (IR), and routine CT studies
• Operate and optimize Siemens CT scanners, including Force Scanner protocols
• Assist with CT-guided procedures such as biopsies and drainages; basic biopsies and drains experience preferred
• Provide high-quality patient care and radiation safety in a fast-paced, high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center
• Float as needed across multiple hospital buildings and sister facilities to support departmental needs
• Accurately document procedures, contrast use and patient information using Epic
• Participate in holiday and emergency response rotations as required
