Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech)
  • Current ARRT(R) certification required
  • Must obtain Ohio state license prior to start date (Ohio radiology technologist license)
  • Current AHA BLS certification required
  • Ability to provide two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
  • BCI/FBI background checks must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
  • Flexibility to work some holidays and every other weekend

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, MRI, DEXA, and vascular studies as applicable
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate radiation protection during all imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records, image documentation, and adhere to hospital protocols and imaging department policies
  • Troubleshoot imaging equipment and communicate issues to biomedical engineering or department leadership
  • Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced hospital setting
