RN Nurse Manager – IDD Adult Services

Location: Montgomery County, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to oversee clinical services within adult residential programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout Montgomery County, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about community-based care, staff mentorship, and improving quality of life for medically and behaviorally complex adults.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for adult IDD residential programs
  • Oversee daily operations of 2 Adult Community Medical Homes 
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards
  • Oversee assessments, care planning, medication management, and health services coordination
  • Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, families, and program leadership
  • Support staff training, clinical education, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed (On Call rotation every 4-6 weeks). 

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
  • 3 – 5+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, behavioral health, long-term care, home health, or community-based services preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of adult tracheostomy and ventilator management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • PA Driver's License

Schedule:

  • Full-Time | Primarily Day Shift

  • 8.5 hour shifts
