• Shift: 8-hour evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,240 – $1,330

Minimum Qualifications & Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Therapist in a behavioral or mental health setting
• Relevant certification or licensure as a Therapist in behavioral and mental health (examples: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) — state licensure requirements apply
• Experience working in a clinic or Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts as scheduled
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and trauma-informed interventions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services to children, adolescents, or adults as appropriate to the PRTF population
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, residential staff) to support client safety and progress
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Support patients in developing coping strategies, behavioral skills, and relapse prevention plans
• Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, trainings, and ongoing professional development
