Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Dentist experience required
• Active and unrestricted dental license to practice as a Dentist
• Current practice location must be within 75 miles of:
• Stockbridge, GA
• Tifton, GA
• Prattville, AL
• Madison, AL
• Salem, AL
• Fountain, FL
• Boca Raton, FL
• Practice must have panoramic X-ray capability; digital equivalents are not accepted
• Ability to complete background checks and extensive credentialing requirements
• CV required in month/year format with explanations for any employment gaps greater than 30 days
• Ability to complete approximately 16-18 hours of online self-study and a 2-hour live orientation prior to seeing patients
• Ability to meet office site assessment requirements as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluation cases through your established dental practice
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional clinical assessments and documentation
• Participate in required onboarding, orientation, and any additional case-specific training
• Maintain compliance with credentialing, documentation, and practice standards
• Coordinate case scheduling individually or in blocks based on your availability and capacity
• Deliver a high standard of patient-centered care in a professional office setting
