Epic Healthy Planet Analyst — On-site in Pittsburgh, PA (North Shore 15212). Join a leading healthcare IT team on a 52-week contract to support population health, EHR optimization, and Epic Healthy Planet configuration. This role blends clinical informatics, analytics, and hands-on Epic work to improve patient care across the organization.

  • Shift: 8-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
  • Duration: 52 weeks (with potential for extension)

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst or in a similar Epic clinical analyst role
  • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing the Epic Healthy Planet module for population health management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with clinical stakeholders, care management teams, and IT staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Preferred / Helpful Skills

  • Epic certification(s) related to Healthy Planet or population health (preferred)
  • Familiarity with EHR workflows, clinical informatics, reporting and analytics, and change management
  • Experience with population health analytics, care management configuration, and performance monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet modules to support population health and care management programs
  • Gather and translate clinical requirements into Epic solutions in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and clinical leadership
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for end users to improve adoption of Healthy Planet and EHR tools
  • Develop and validate reporting, dashboards, and analytics to measure population health outcomes and program effectiveness
  • Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, testing, and deployment activities for Epic enhancements
