Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a high-acuity acute care setting
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare team
- Must meet applicable onboarding and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid assessments and help prioritize patient needs in a busy ER environment
- Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
- Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in status
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical team members to support timely care
- Document care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical professionalism
- Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient experience throughout the shift
