Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced acute care or emergency department setting
- Comfortable providing care on a night shift nursing schedule
- Ability to meet onboarding, screening, and competency requirements
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needs
- Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond quickly to changes in status
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment decisions
- Administer medications, manage treatments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
