We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week on-site contract opportunity in Flemington, New Jersey (08822). - Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or ER nursing experience required
- Active New Jersey RN license required at the time of application
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided
- Professional, clean scrubs of any color permitted
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, skilled nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the Emergency Room
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring in a high-acuity emergency care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient, high-quality patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Respond effectively to changing patient conditions and emergency situations
- Support patient and family education while maintaining a calm, compassionate presence
