Job Requirements

  • Active Tennessee CRNA license
  • National certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
  • Experience working in a medical direction model preferred
  • Comfortable managing a diverse anesthesia caseload
  • Ability to complete credentialing within the expected timeframe

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in a medical direction environment
  • Deliver anesthesia services for Main OR, Women’s, and Orthopedic procedures
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, monitoring, and documentation
  • Adapt to varied shift lengths while supporting consistent patient care
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment
