Job Details
- Position: Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Location: Nashville, TN 37203
- Healthcare Setting: High-acuity hospital with a large, busy surgical program
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Varied 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- Shift Structure: 12-hour rotating schedule
- Call: No call
- Weekends: No weekends
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,180 - $6,510
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
CRNA Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required
- Current Tennessee state licensure required
- Clean professional file required
- Ability to work in a medical direction model
- Experience with a broad range of surgical cases preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload
- Support cases including neuro, spine, thoracic/lung, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, pediatrics, and women’s services
- Deliver safe, efficient perioperative anesthesia care in a collaborative team setting
- Work within a medical direction model and follow established anesthesia protocols
- Contribute to smooth daily workflow in a large operating room environment
- Maintain clear communication with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
