Locum Tenens CRNA Job – General Anesthesia in Spokane, Washington
Locum tenens CRNA opportunity in Spokane, WA for a high-volume, high-acuity inpatient surgical program. Join an experienced anesthesia team and provide general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and trauma coverage in a fast-paced environment with steady case volume, including head and spine cases. Spokane’s welcoming 99208 area offers a comfortable northwest setting with access to local parks, shopping, and the city’s scenic outdoors.
Job Details
- Position: Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Specialty: General anesthesia and inpatient surgical coverage
- Location: Spokane, Washington (99208 area, a welcoming northwest Spokane community with nearby parks and scenic surroundings)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $7,010-$7,390
- Schedule: Full-time ongoing CRNA assignment
- Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour day shifts based on procedure volume
- Overtime: Eligible after 40 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Assignment Length: Through late spring 2027
- Setting: Busy inpatient surgical environment
CRNA Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification and board certification required
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
- Strong trauma anesthesia experience required
- Experience in a high-volume, high-acuity surgical setting
- Active DEA registration required
- ACLS and PALS required
- Ability to provide general anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
- Experience with spinal anesthesia and head/spine cases required
- Current CV required with application
CRNA Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for inpatient surgical procedures
- Support a fast-paced anesthesia team with a steady procedure schedule
- Deliver general anesthesia for adult and pediatric cases
- Perform spinal anesthesia when indicated
- Manage anesthesia for head and spine procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to maintain smooth case flow
- Adapt to variable daily schedules based on procedure volume
- Contribute to a patient-centered, high-performing anesthesia service
