Job Details
- Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Location: Tucson, Arizona
- Duration: 13 weeks with ongoing need
- Start Date: ASAP
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,400 - $5,130
- Schedule: 8-hour weekday shifts with weeknight and weekend call coverage as needed
- Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
- Case Mix: Endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology robotics, urology, podiatry, pulmonary/bronch procedures, gastroenterology, and select cardiac, thoracic, and structural heart coverage
Job Requirements
- Active Arizona CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- PALS certification required for facility coverage
- Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment
- Experience with peripheral nerve blocks; case logs required
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and taking call
- Willing to be cross-credentialed across multiple sites
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for adult patients
- Manage general anesthesia for complex orthopedic, vascular, spine, and regional cases
- Support ventilation management and acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Perform or assist with peripheral nerve blocks when indicated
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to maintain efficient case flow
- Participate in weeknight and weekend call coverage
- Deliver anesthesia services across a broad and engaging surgical mix
