Provide skilled home health nursing care to adult patients in Roseburg, Oregon, on a 13-week travel RN assignment. Deliver start-of-care visits, wound care, and follow-up services while working independently across a community-based territory in scenic Southern Oregon.

Travel RN Job Details

• Location: Roseburg and surrounding communities, Oregon
• Assignment: 13 weeks; November 23, 2026–February 22, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 8-hour days
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,390–$2,520
• Work Setting: Home health; patient home visits and periodic office meetings
• Productivity Target: 30 points per week; typical daily caseload is approximately 5–8 patients
• Hours: Contract hours are not guaranteed. If patient volume is low, additional visits at a nearby clinic may be available.
• On-Call: Participation in a rotating on-call schedule may be required. No regular weekend rotation is expected.
• Travel: Local driving between patient homes is required, with a service radius that may extend up to 75 miles from the care center.

Home Health RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand; pending licenses are not accepted.
• At least one year of recent adult home health or hospice experience; recent home health experience is required for this assignment.
• Prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience and proficiency required. Use within the past six months is preferred; retraining may be required if experience is older.
• Proficiency in OASIS required. Recent use within the past six months is preferred; retraining may be required if needed.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Reliable personal vehicle, current driver’s license, and required auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, accept scheduled patient visits across the territory, and complete documentation within 24 hours of each visit.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Previous travel assignment experience is required.

Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care during in-home visits to adult patients across Roseburg, Oregon, and surrounding communities.
• Complete start-of-care assessments, wound care, follow-up visits, and other appropriate home health services.
• Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
