Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – West Monroe, Louisiana

Travel Home Health RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120–$2,230
- Location: West Monroe, Louisiana; home visits across a service area of approximately 50 miles, including Monroe/West Monroe, Rayville, Columbia, Jonesboro/Hodge, Ruston, Bernice, Farmerville, and Marion
- Healthcare Setting: Home health
- Assignment: Travel nursing, 13 weeks
- Dates: October 19, 2026–January 16, 2027
- Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed; 8-hour shifts, generally 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- On-Call: Weekday and weekend coverage required
- Travel Between Visits: Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits
- Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
Home Health RN Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and authorization to practice in Louisiana
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, including home health experience
- Associate degree in nursing or higher
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation
- Flexibility and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered skilled nursing care during home health visits.
- Communicate relevant patient-care updates and changes to physicians’ offices and the care team.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation of visits using the required documentation system.
- Attend weekly case conferences and contribute to coordination of patient care.
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call coverage as scheduled.
