Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1240-$1330

• Schedule: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience required, preferably in healthcare finance, hospital accounting, or healthcare operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger support
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
• Experience using accounting software, including Infor, preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a contract accounting role
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and dedication to quality work

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner
• Support day-to-day accounting operations within a healthcare setting
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting data
• Apply accounting principles and best practices to routine and complex financial tasks
• Utilize accounting systems and Excel to analyze, organize, and report financial information
• Collaborate with internal teams while managing assigned work independently
• Assist with ongoing financial processes, month-end close activities, and special projects as needed
