Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $860-$920
• Location: Doylestown, PA
• Setting: On-site gastroenterology practice/location
• Start Date: 7/20/2026
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week; full-time schedule
• Duration: 14-week local assignment with temp-to-perm potential
• Employment Type: Local, on-site temp-to-perm opportunity
• EMR/EHR: eClinicalWorks, with transition training to Epic

Job Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant credential required
• At least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required in a clinical or outpatient healthcare setting
• Gastroenterology or specialty practice experience preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks and/or Epic is preferred
• Strong patient rooming, vital signs, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide patient education in a clear and compassionate manner
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Room patients efficiently and prepare them for provider visits at the gastroenterology location
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately
• Provide patient education and reinforce care instructions as directed
• Complete EMR/EHR documentation and support clinical workflow
• Assist with general clinical and administrative support tasks as assigned
• Support providers and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout each shift
