Job Requirements

• Active CNA certification in good standing (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (hospital CNA experience preferred)
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts (night shift CNA)

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and clinical support

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor, report, and record patient vital signs accurately (vital signs monitoring)
• Support nursing staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and safe lifting techniques
• Respond promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team; accurate EMR/charting experience is a plus
