• Location: Concord, CA 94520 (Concord / San Francisco Bay Area)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (5/5/2026 – 8/1/2026)
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Cross Campus Float Pool (Medical-Surgical Unit)
• Shift: 8-hour evening shifts (CNA evening shift)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,130 – $1,210 (competitive pay for travel CNA / hospital CNA)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract – Travel CNA opportunity

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Current BLS certification from an accredited provider
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience (hospital CNA / medical-surgical experience preferred)
• Strong professionals with 3+ years of SNF experience may be considered depending on facility patient scope
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced hospital environment and multiple units as part of a float pool

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of registered nurses and nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support patient comfort, safety, and infection control practices throughout the hospital
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, therapy, and ancillary services) to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized patient environment and follow hospital policies and documentation standards (EHR/charting)
