Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care | Harmony, Minnesota
Bring your long-term care CNA experience to a 13-week travel contract in Harmony, Minnesota, earning an estimated $990–$1,060 per week. Travel CNA Job Details
- Setting: Long-term care
- Location: Harmony, Minnesota
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $990–$1,060
- Schedule: 36–48 hours per week; flexibility required
- Shift Duration: 8-hour evening shifts; variable 8- and 12-hour PM/NOC shifts may be scheduled
- Weekend and Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Contract: 13 weeks, November 30, 2026–February 28, 2027
- Floating: May be asked to work at a nearby care location approximately 25 miles away
Certified Nursing Assistant Job Requirements
- Active Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- At least 2 years of CNA experience, including at least 1 year in long-term care
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate listed among the education requirements
- Ability to adapt to variable PM/NOC shifts and scheduled hours
- COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions will be considered
- Matrix charting experience preferred
Long-Term Care CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, comfort, and mobility while respecting their dignity and preferences.
- Observe residents’ condition and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Document care and resident information accurately according to facility procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to help meet residents’ needs.
