• Duration: 20 weeks
• Shift: Evenings: 2:30 PM – 10:45 PM (8-hour evening CNA shift)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $640 – $680 (competitive pay for travel CNA and hospital CNA jobs)

Qualifications (CNA Requirements)

• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a hospital or similar clinical setting
• Experience working evening shifts or flexible scheduling for hospital CNA positions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to direct care and assisting nursing staff

Responsibilities (Hospital CNA Duties)

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support nursing staff by monitoring patient conditions and promptly reporting changes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in the hospital setting
• Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide emotional support, comfort, and respectful patient advocacy to patients and families
