Job Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience required
- BLS certification preferred or required based on assignment needs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
- Ability to follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and infection control practices
- Comfortable supporting patients with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Provide routine patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with bedside nursing support and daily patient care needs
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
- Promote a safe patient care environment by following established safety procedures and best practices
- Communicate patient care concerns to the appropriate clinical team members
- Support unit teamwork to help ensure smooth, high-quality hospital patient care
