Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 - $2,010
• Location: Hospital setting — Cumming, Georgia (Zip: 30041) — Forsyth County, near Lake Lanier
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 15, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am), Friday/Saturday/Sunday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Travel Position: No local candidates within 50 miles — travel CT technologist role

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT technologist experience in a hospital or high-volume imaging center
• Active ARRT certification in CT (ARRT-CT)
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Ability to perform a high-volume caseload (average of up to 130 exams in a 24-hour period)
• Experience with a variety of CT procedures including cardiac/Angio Coronary, biopsy guidance, abscess drains, Watchman pre-protocols, and ablation protocols preferred
• Strong patient care, safety, and documentation skills — familiarity with hospital policies and radiology information systems (RIS/PACS) a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures and deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Execute specialized CT protocols including Angio Coronary, biopsies, drains, pre-Watchman and ablation protocols with attention to image quality and radiation safety
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the broader healthcare team to support diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Maintain accurate procedure documentation, complete required charts, and follow hospital safety and infection control standards
• Troubleshoot CT equipment and escalate technical issues to biomedical engineering or service teams as needed
