Requirements – MRI Technologist / ARRT
- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- Familiarity with MRI safety protocols, contrast administration, and common pulse sequences
- Strong patient communication, critical thinking, and ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Local candidates only; must be open to potential conversion to full?time employment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures and protocols to produce high?quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Operate MRI scanners, positioning equipment, and associated radiology technology following hospital standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to support diagnostic and patient care needs
- Maintain accurate patient records, image documentation, and adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety policies
- Provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients throughout the imaging process
