- Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift Duration: 8-hour nights
- Shift Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM; Saturday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600-$2,790
- Coverage: Rotating shifts with floating required across imaging locations
- Additional Notes: Holiday coverage may be required
MRI Technologist Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience in a hospital or clinical imaging environment
- ARRT, CPR, or ARMRIT certification accepted
- Experience with Siemens MRI scanners
- Phlebotomy skills required
- Proficiency with Outlook and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using EPIC charting system preferred
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and float between imaging locations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures accurately and efficiently in a hospital radiology setting
- Provide coverage across two imaging sites as needed
- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and professionalism throughout the imaging process
- Operate Siemens MRI equipment in accordance with department protocols
- Document procedures and patient information in EPIC
- Support phlebotomy duties when required
- Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and the care team
- Contribute to a smooth workflow during overnight and rotating shifts
