• Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) — Hospital setting
• Assignment Type: Travel / Short-term contract
• Setting: Primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage (hospital physical therapist)
• Start Date: May 31, 2026
• End Date: August 29, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM, 4x10-hour day shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,720 – $1,840
• Weekend Coverage: Occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (typically 2 weekends per contract)

Required Qualifications

• Active and current Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or similar clinical setting (inpatient experience preferred)
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred (hospital charting and documentation)
• Ability to deliver both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy care to inpatient and outpatient populations in a hospital setting
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track functional progress and outcomes
• Document patient encounters and outcomes in Epic EMR, ensuring accurate and timely charting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the rehabilitation team
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and rehabilitation goals
• Support hospital policies and professional standards, including infection control and patient safety protocols
• Cover occasional Saturday inpatient shifts as required during the contract
