Job Requirements
- 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Prior travel radiology experience required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- State or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced procedural and imaging environment
- Comfortable supporting a department with a high level of autonomy
- Eligible candidates should live outside the 50-mile local radius
Responsibilities
- Support interventional radiology procedures and patient care in a hospital setting
- Operate and assist with imaging procedures using fluoroscopy and Siemens equipment
- Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile technique, and ensure proper equipment setup
- Assist with vascular and neuro-focused procedures as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the procedural care team to deliver efficient, high-quality support
- Maintain supplies, inventory, and room readiness for daily workflow
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record and support department operations
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment
