• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,080 - $2,230

Job Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA
• Current BLS certification
• FEES certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred/required
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a patient-centered care team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and physician direction
• Complete comprehensive assessments and use clinical reasoning to establish appropriate goals focused on patient progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help remove barriers to discharge
• Provide patient and family education, including home exercise programs and discharge planning support
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions efficiently and effectively
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines
• Support student learning experiences when assigned and appropriate
• Demonstrate professionalism, safety awareness, and adherence to compliance and ethical standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives
