Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU or critical care experience
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work confidently in a high-acuity intensive care setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Current certifications and onboarding compliance documents required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and hospital protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate patient care environment
