Home Health RN Job Details

• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse – Travel Contract
• Location: Bloomington, IN (Bedford/Bloomington territory)
• Healthcare Setting: In-Home Health Care
• Start Date: November 3, 2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week (Monday – Friday)
• Shift Hours: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,781 - $1,979
• Openings: 2 Home Health RN positions available

Home Health RN Qualifications

• Active Indiana or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience within the past 3 years (required)
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) software (required)
• Experience with OASIS documentation (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)

Home Health Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across the Bedford/Bloomington market
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer skilled nursing interventions and monitor patient progress
• Accurately document patient care using HCHB and OASIS systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and home care procedures
• Maintain compliance with all Indiana state and federal healthcare regulations
