- Location: On-site in Novato, CA (94945) — Novato healthcare role, Marin County, California nursing jobs
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 10, 2026 – July 10, 2026)
- Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (day shift)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel Contract RN (on-site informatics nurse role)
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; informatics nursing, clinical informatics, EHR super-user, or related healthcare technology experience preferred
- Strong interest in clinical informatics, electronic health record (EHR) optimization, and healthcare IT
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic clinical environment and support change management initiatives
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of clinical information systems and EHR modules
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, nursing staff, and IT teams to improve workflow efficiency and patient safety
- Provide training, super-user support, and education to staff on electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical decision support tools
- Analyze clinical data, workflows, and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and quality initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between bedside nursing and technical teams to ensure system usability, accurate documentation, and effective communication
