• Assignment Length: 12 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,030 - $3,190

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred; high-risk OB experience highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in Labor & Delivery and maternal-newborn settings
• Support laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns during high-acuity situations
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe patient care
• Assist with deliveries, neonatal stabilization, and bedside clinical support as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards and patient safety protocols
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment for mothers, babies, and families
