Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Job Details: Home and clinic visits in Hampden County and Hampshire County. Patients are geriatric age, some with dementia. Standard triaging and daily or weekly meds. Everyday is a little different.
- Shift Available: 8:30 am-4:30 pm
- Pay Rate: Clinic Visits $38/hr + Home Visits $40/h
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hrs/wk
- Weekends - Saturday availability a plus - would get a weekday off. Saturday would be in the filed doing home visits.
- Contract Length: 8 weeks

Licensed Practical Nurse Job (LPN) Details:
- MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- LTC or Homecare experience a plus
