Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
• Current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification (state registry required)
• COVID-19 vaccination required by state mandate
• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility (local travelers not considered)
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and meet staffing needs for a travel CNA assignment
• Must be comfortable with shared housing (no pets, no smoking)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long term care/skilled nursing environment
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support nursing staff by monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health status to licensed nurses
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
• Document care provided accurately and follow facility policies and care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care
