  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and commit to the full travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and long term care best practices
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe medication administration and documentation
  • Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status; report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other clinical staff to support individualized care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote a safe, comfortable environment focused on quality of life
