Travel LPN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,430–$1,670
- Location: Chardon, Ohio
- Healthcare Setting: Adult EKG, ECG, and cardiac stress-testing services
- Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks

LPN Job Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Ohio LPN license or eligible license verification
- At least 1 year of practical nursing experience
- Experience proctoring at least 200 cardiac stress tests
- Demonstrated ability to work with Definity, Lexiscan, and dobutamine in accordance with licensure and facility protocols
- Strong patient assessment, cardiac monitoring, clinical documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete required skills validation, competency testing, health screening, and background verification
- Current professional references and employment history
Cardiac Diagnostic Nursing Responsibilities
- Prepare adult patients for EKG and cardiac stress testing and explain procedures in a calm, compassionate manner
- Assist with the safe performance and monitoring of exercise and pharmacologic stress tests
- Use experience from 200 or more previously proctored stress tests to support accurate, efficient test delivery
- Administer or assist with Definity, Lexiscan, and dobutamine as permitted by licensure, provider direction, and facility policy
- Monitor vital signs, patient symptoms, and cardiac responses throughout testing; promptly recognize and report changes
- Support patient recovery and provide appropriate post-procedure instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection prevention, emergency response, and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with providers and the cardiac diagnostic team to promote a smooth patient experience
