• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8 Hour Evenings; 8-hour evening shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,160 – $1,220

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar clinical setting
• Ability to work evening shifts consistently as scheduled
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Experience with medication administration, documentation, and care planning preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to ensure high-quality care
• Assist and support residents with activities of daily living and promote a positive living environment
• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and charting requirements
