- Shift: 8-hour Nights (22:00 – 06:30) — Night shift LPN

- Weekend Commitment: Every weekend required
- Transportation: Must have own transportation
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Vermont or a compact state
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care, LTC, or similar clinical setting
- Availability for night shifts and every-weekend schedule
- Reliable transportation to the Rutland, VT facility
- Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long term care environment
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status; report changes promptly
- Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
- Support residents with activities of daily living and promote a safe, positive environment
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
