Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health & Hospice in St. Louis, MO (63141). 17-week travel nursing opportunity for LPNs experienced in long-term care, home health, or hospice. Join our team delivering compassionate in-home and hospice care across St. Louis and surrounding counties.
Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,370 - $1,440 (competitive travel LPN pay)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel LPN / travel nursing)
- Location: St. Louis, MO 63141 — serving St. Louis City/County, Jefferson County, St. Charles City & County
- Duration: 17 weeks (April 3, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
- Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed minimum: 32 hours/week)
- Shift: 8-hour, any shift (flexible travel nursing schedule)
- Mileage: Reimbursed between visits (from first to last patient)
Qualifications / LPN Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri
- Associate's Degree required
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, home health, or hospice
- Professional certification required
- IV certification is a plus
Responsibilities – Home Health & Hospice LPN
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home health and hospice settings across St. Louis, MO
- Perform wound care, IV care, and other clinical tasks as needed (IV therapy experience valued)
- Educate patients and families on medications, disease processes, and care plans
- Document care accurately in patient charts and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Travel within assigned coverage areas to conduct scheduled home visits and follow-up care
