Job Requirements
- Active and unencumbered LPN license (New Mexico or compact state) — LPN license New Mexico preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long term care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or similar setting
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Ability to work night shifts and commit to the full assignment duration
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
- Local candidates only — must be able to work on-site in Santa Fe
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long term care / nursing home environment
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions; report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, social services, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Support residents’ activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a safe, comfortable environment
- Maintain accurate records and comply with facility policies, MDS, and regulatory standards
