Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in Maine (Maine LPN license in good standing)
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (LPN 12-hour shift availability)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-focused skills
  • Experience with medication administration, wound care, and basic EHR documentation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care facility (LTC nurse duties)
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status, vital signs, and progress in the medical record (EHR documentation)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members—RNs, CNAs, therapists, and providers
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and dignity
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff in a skilled nursing setting
