- Shift: 8 Hour Days (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
- Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed 37 hours)

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting; long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
- GNA certification required (Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary LTC team
- Strong communication and organizational skills for resident care and family communication
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing facility
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents in the LTC unit, including activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support resident hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs with dignity and respect
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations in resident charts
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and long-term care compliance standards
