- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license eligible for practice in North Carolina or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Experience with PointClickCare required
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
- Strong assessment skills, medication administration experience, and resident care expertise
- Comfort working with a low-acuity geriatric population
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Support blood glucose monitoring, wound care, catheter care, and other routine skilled nursing tasks
- Document care clearly and consistently in PointClickCare
- Collaborate with CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to support resident well-being
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in status
- Maintain a calm, organized workflow during night shift medication passes and routine care
- Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident
