Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Strong team-oriented mindset and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to adapt to unit workflows and follow facility policies
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care to Med/Surg patients
- Assess patients, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support team members
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record
- Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
- Maintain professionalism while working weekend rotations and floating as assigned
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment in a newly opened unit
