Travel Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | Franklin, NH
Travel RN opportunity in Franklin, New Hampshire: earn an estimated $1,990–$2,100 per week on a 13-week medical-surgical and telemetry assignment. Bring your acute-care nursing experience to a 12-hour night shift caring for patients with a range of medical and surgical needs. Franklin is located in central New Hampshire, with access to the region’s lakes, rivers, and outdoor recreation.
Travel RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,990–$2,100
- Assignment: 13 weeks, beginning November 30, 2026
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week; every other weekend
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
- Location: On-site in Franklin, New Hampshire
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent acute-care experience in a relevant specialty
- Active New Hampshire or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia examination with a score of at least 80% during onboarding
- Experience with Cardizem and insulin drips, and phenobarbital administration on telemetry
- Cerner electronic health record experience preferred, but not required
- Travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travel nurses with strong relevant experience may be considered
Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Responsibilities
- Assess patients and deliver safe, evidence-informed medical-surgical nursing care
- Monitor telemetry patients, recognize changes in cardiac rhythm, and promptly communicate concerns
- Administer and monitor prescribed medications and infusions within the scope of practice
- Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide patient and family education and support continuity of care
- Be prepared to float to another nearby hospital location in the Laconia area as needed
