Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Experience supporting orthopedic and post-surgical patient populations is a plus
- Flexibility to work night shift schedules and maintain reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical/surgical patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Monitor for changes in condition and respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
- Document care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical quality
