Travel RN opportunity for an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. - Weekly Schedule: 3 shifts per week; additional schedule options may be available
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Assignment Length: 20 weeks, with 13-week option also available
- Orientation: Approx. 16 hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 – $2,010

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
- At least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience prior to travel assignment
- Active permanent Ohio nursing license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start
- One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialty
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
- Ability to meet all submission and compliance requirements by the deadline
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients on a night shift schedule
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition quickly and accurately
- Administer medications, carry out physician orders, and support individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care
- Document care accurately and maintain strong communication with patients and the healthcare team
- Participate in orientation, assessments, and required modules to remain compliant and prepared for the travel nursing assignment
