Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Cleveland, Ohio

Travel RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020–$2,130
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks, ending January 25, 2027
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Available Shifts: Days, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Additional Scheduling Requirements: Weekend and holiday rotation required; no guaranteed hours
- Call: No call required
- Openings: 6
Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to care for patients requiring medical-surgical or medical-telemetry-level care
- BSN and a recognized professional nursing certification are preferred
Travel RN Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit
- Care for patients with medicine and medical-telemetry diagnoses according to established standards of practice
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, clinical status, and changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Complete patient assessments, care plans, clinical documentation, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Escalate changes in condition promptly and support safe transitions of care
