- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

- Orientation: Provided prior to start
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland or a compact/eligible license in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Acute care RN experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (E-CFM) certification required at time of submission
- Charting system experience required
- Antepartum and EFM experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with holiday coverage requirements as assigned
- Reliable, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced family center or postpartum nursing environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to postpartum, newborn, and antepartum patients
- Support couplet care, newborn assessment, and Mother/Baby nursing services
- Assist with Labor & Delivery needs as part of the unit’s patient care model
- Perform antepartum and postpartum cross-training responsibilities
- Monitor patient and newborn status, including assessments, patient teaching, and discharge support
- Educate families on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote safe, effective patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a supportive clinical setting
